By accessing or using Broker Skip, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Platform role
Broker Skip is a digital platform for listing, discovering, promoting, and discussing real estate opportunities. We do not guarantee title, possession, legality, quality, habitability, approvals, or investment outcomes of any listing.
User obligations
Users must:
- provide true, current, and non-misleading information
- post only content that they are authorized to share
- avoid unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or defamatory content
- avoid impersonation, spam, scraping, credential abuse, or attempts to bypass platform controls
- independently verify all property information before any transaction
Listing rules
Users are responsible for the legality and accuracy of listing data including ownership claims, pricing, media, locality, and disclosures. Broker Skip may moderate, suspend, reject, or remove listings that appear suspicious, incomplete, unlawful, misleading, or non-compliant.
Payments and subscriptions
Certain features may require paid subscriptions, promotions, or messaging access. Pricing, duration, and entitlements are subject to the plan details visible at the time of purchase.
Communications
By using relevant flows, users authorize service messages reasonably required for OTP verification, account security, moderation updates, transaction alerts, and support. Promotional communication should only be sent in accordance with applicable consent requirements and telecom regulations.
Intellectual property
The platform design, branding, software, and non-user generated content remain the property of Broker Skip or its licensors. Users retain rights to their own lawful submissions while granting the platform the limited rights necessary to host and display them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broker Skip is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from user listings, third-party dealings, failed transactions, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, compliance, fraud control, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction details you finalize before production use.
