This page explains how Broker Skip uses SMS, calls, email, push notifications, or similar communication channels.
Types of communication
We may send:
- OTP and account-verification messages
- security alerts and login confirmations
- listing moderation, enquiry, and transaction updates
- payment, refund, and subscription-related messages
- support and grievance follow-up messages
- promotional or marketing communication only where a valid basis and required permissions exist
Consent and lawful use
Users provide the mobile number or other contact details used for account creation, OTP verification, service access, or transaction support. Service and security communication may be necessary for the requested feature. Promotional communication, where used, should be based on valid consent or another legally supportable basis.
DLT and template governance
Where telecom regulations require it, Broker Skip may use registered headers, approved templates, and traceable communication workflows. Message content should remain aligned with the business purpose disclosed on the website and within the account flow.
User controls
Users may:
- opt out of promotional communication where such communication is offered
- contact support for communication complaints
- raise misuse complaints through the grievance process
