How to submit a grievance
Please send the following details where possible:
- your name and registered contact details
- the affected listing, account, order, or communication reference
- a clear description of the issue
- supporting screenshots or documents, if available
Process
- We log and review the complaint.
- We may request additional information for verification.
- We may suspend content or accounts where immediate risk is identified.
- We respond or escalate internally within a reasonable period based on issue severity and applicable law.
If the issue concerns telecom communication or consent misuse, include the message template, header, sender, date, and mobile number involved so that the matter can be reviewed faster.
